Wall of Fame Donation Form
The CUSD2 Foundation of Education has constructed the
“Wall of Fame” in the Serena High School gymnasium foyer.
It is an 11-foot by 12-foot mosaic in the shape of an ear of corn consisting of 6-inch by 6-inch tiles.
Pricing of the tiles is as follows:
PURPLE TILE = $500
GOLD TILE = $250
GREEN TILE = $100
